Aviation

These are my aviation pages. I've organized the information into categories for Student, Private and Commercial pilots as well as Flight Instructors and a category of information useful to all pilots. Information is repeated on multiple pages, so you don't need to visit every page to get everything. You should read the disclaimer if you're going to use any of this stuff.

If you identify any problems please don't hesitate to let me know at mat@mwaugh.com.

For books and electronics on aviation take a look at my bookstore.

Information on:

You may have just found these pages and are interested in Learning to Fly or you're looking for a flight instructor.

There is also information specific to particular aircraft as well as aviation articles I have written.

If you're just looking for "new stuff" try the What's New page.

I also have a more personal page of aviation activities that doesn't contain much of anything useful unless you like reading about me (and frankly, who doesn't :-).

I am currently working as a First Officer for Mesa Air Group.

Disclaimer

First of all let me say there is no warranty or fitness for purpose here. If you choose to use any of this information look it over CAREFULLY before use, because there are probably mistakes you'll want to correct. Use at your own risk.

Some of these documents are formatted to print on Avery 5389 sheets of paper, which are 2 4x6 postcards on a sheet. You can get a 4x6 photograph binder and put the cards in there and create a handy little reference book - or at least I do.

Some of the WORD document are formatted to print 2 to a page in Landscape format which happens to fold nicely in half and fit on a kneeboard. They're mostly obvious what the point is when you find those documents.

You should definitely consider being a member of AOPA.
